MBABA SEASON PASS INFORMATION

The Midwest Bird and Animal Breeders Association has decided to continue to sell season passes for our swaps at $40.00 for nonmembers (if your swap number is over 200) and $40.00 for members (if your swap number is below 200 and you have paid your current year’s dues).  These passes would be pro-rated if issued mid-season.  This does not give you a discount, but it will allow you to use a separate Season Pass Lane and of course you will not have to fumble with paying cash each time you attend a swap.  At the busier swaps, when the east gate is being used you will be allowed to enter there, along with the buyers.  If that gate is not open, you will use the west gate along with everyone else but once in the first gate off the road, the line will split and Season Pass holders may use the faster Season Pass Lane.  This will shorten your wait to get in.  You must always have your Season Pass Card with you to use the Season Pass Lane.  Lost cards will not be replaced!!  YOU CANNOT PURCHASE THESE PASSES AT THE GATE!!  You must send your fee to our Secretary and you will be sent your Season Pass for the current year.  This will replace your swap card.  If you do not purchase your pass before the first swap, you will need to use the regular gate and pay to get into the swap.  After entering, you may contact our Secretary in person or send the fee (with the appropriate number of swap admissions deducted) to our Secretary and you will be issued a Season Pass for the balance of the season.  If you have any questions, please contact our current Secretary.....Thank you.
